The exterior restoration is in the final stages... the outer bricks on the back wall have been removed and new brick will replace them.

The first floor is being measured and prepped for the drywall studwork.

The "emergency" stairs have a hand rail now that goes to all four floors and the basement.

The second floor is still full of activity... the insulation batting is being installed in our ceiling

and closed in with drywall

The outer wall drywall studwork is done and waiting for the foam insulation AND this really excites staff ...  some of the wall partitions are starting to go up!
