Vision Statement
The City of Woodstock Fire Department contributes positive support to the goals set forth by the City of Woodstock. The members of the Fire Department are committed to providing optimum service and to creating a safer environment through public education, code enforcement, suppression and rescue duties, including fulfilling all legislative requirements under the authority given by the Fire Protection and Prevention Act and municipal by-laws.
The Woodstock Fire Department will provide a proactive approach to the needs of the community and to developing a service model that is relevant to community requirements in a cost effective manner. The Woodstock Fire Department is accountable to City Council and residents of the City of Woodstock.

To serve the community by protecting life, property and the environment through prevention, education, and the immediate professional response to emergencies.
