The Florence Carlyle Gallery on the main floor has been painted. The Carlyle paintings will look great on these walls!

The elevator door on the first floor opens perfectly during the test run.

The door closes perfectly too. Wow I could watch them run this test a few more times…

The back safety exit stairwells have been painted and the stair railings have been primed. It looks so much cleaner.

The sub floor for the ceramic tile has been installed and they are getting ready to lay the tile. Great job guys!

The tile has been delivered and ready to install. I can’t wait.

We now have a coat room… an actual coat room. Yahoo!

Next to be installed the plywood floor in the studio space… can’t wait until they lay the vinyl flooring!
