Council Meeting Dates
City Council meets the first and third Thursday of each month with the exception of July and August. In July and August Council meets once per month at dates set by Council. The Council meetings are held at City Hall, 500 Dundas Street, Woodstock, Ontario in the Council Chambers commencing with the open portion of the meeting at 7:00 p.m.
Committee of Adjustment and Planning Matter Meeting dates are the third Monday of each month, with the exception of July and August. In July and August, Council establishes a meeting date to coincide with County Council meeting dates. Meetings are held at City Hall, 500 Dundas Street, Woodstock, Ontario. For meeting times contact the City Clerk's Department at (519) 539-1291.
Council Agenda
